Responsible for the Training operations of the US Pharmacovigilance Department. The training system in place will ensure that efficient and up to date techniques and tools will be utilized. The training materials will be prepared according to the best quality expectations and will be generated and delivered when needed with the help of subject matter experts. Regular assessments of the performance of the training program will allow to continuously improve its impact. The training program is an essential component of the broader quality system that must govern the USPV activities.
Responsible for the organization and implementation of an efficient training program within USPV.
Contributes to the definition of the training program in collaboration with the other Quality areas.
Responsible for the coordination of the preparation of the training content, with the support of subject matter experts.
Ensures that all the trainers who will deliver training modules are using the best communication and training techniques; if needed provides the necessary training or guidance in preparation of the training sessions. Delivers the training if needed as the subject matter expert or in lieu of the subject matter expert.
Ensure that the training material preparation, review, approval and archiving, and the documentation of the training fits the best standards of quality.
Responsible for the consistency and comprehensiveness of the training program, according to the training strategies and objectives defined in collaboration with the management.
Responsible for testing continuously the training performance and supporting the development of a program to test the impact of the training program on individuals activities. Provide all feedback necessary to the Quality Management structure in order to increase the performance of training program.
Ensures that the most recent and efficient techniques are used to address all the facets of the training program.
Contributes to the continuous identification of training needs.
Responsible for the maintenance of a matrix documenting the training needs and training delivered per functional area and per individual..
Interact closely with the Quality Assurance and SDEA and other functional areas in order to identify and implement all projects, process, training or document enhancements that will ensure a permanent improvement of the quality of the department activities.
Participate and attend all relevant meetings/educational seminars relevant to his/her function to ensure that knowledge of pertinent training issues is current.
Demonstrate required Competencies on a consistent basis.
Demonstrate company Values on a consistent basis.
Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher. Additional qualification in training required.Experience:
3+ years of professional experience in training. Experience in pharmaceutical industry or in drug safety is highly desireableProfessional Skills:
Strong training methodology needed. Excellent communication skills. Ability capture attention and motivate a team around a discussion. Ability to summarize and present complex information to others effectively. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understanding the implication of lack of compliance for regulated processes.Job Specific Competencies:
