Manager, Training
As a member of the Nestlé University Training and Development team, present advanced leadership development programs linking business strategies to individual performance. Performs analysis, design, development and assessment of Leader Development training programs. Develops and implements a full range of client-focused approaches to strengthen executive and organization performance in support of business objectives. Partners with Business Leaders, HR generalists, and other Training and Development professionals while conducting training courses to maximize applicability of learning and use of resources.
REQUIREMENTS
8-10 years of proven success as an internal and/or external training and development practitioner working in mid-level to senior executives. Four to five years of experience in a management capacity, supervising and developing others, is preferred. MS/MA/MBA is desired. Position requires up to 50% travel. Candidates should have exceptional platform, facilitation, and course design skills and proven expertise in strategic leadership, change and innovation management, organizational renewal, negotiation, and conflict management, and very strong business acumen. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in working with mid and senior levels of organization are required.For well over a century, Nestlé has been making the very best food and beverage products for families around the world.
