Manager Trainee (entry-level)

In this challenging position, you will learn day-to-day operations through participation in our comprehensive training program. When you join Hertz as a Manager Trainee, you'll be responsible for varied daily management decisions in many areas, including customer service, sales/marketing, revenue management, fleet distribution management, office administration, and profit and loss management. You will also gain a working, on-site knowledge of the business that will provide you with wide-open opportunities for advancement within the Hertz Corporation.

REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess the following minimum requirements:

Associates degree or above in a business-related field
Previous Customer service and/or sales experience in a fast-paced environment
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid NM drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
