Manager In Training

Purpose:
We are now seeking qualified sales people for one of the largest rental car company in North America. Candidates should be interested in a management and sales environment and should have strong leadership abilities and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications:

- 4 year Degree preferred, with some experience in sales, retail or strong customer focused position.
- Will consider an Associates degree, if you have 4 years of working experience in sales or strong customer focused position.

Specifications:

- No Quotas, but is performance based position.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- 48-50 hours per week - 8-6 M-F, and 9-12 Sat (this is a rotating schedule and you will not be expected to work every Saturday).
- Ability to Multi-task.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
- You can expect to earn AT LEAST $30k first year.Classification:Full-TimeCompensation:
