The Hancock Training Program consists mainly of on-the-job training. Whether processing shipments or helping a customer decorate her home, the Manager Trainee is "learning by doing." The heart of Hancock's Training Program is the customer. At Hancock, THE CUSTOMER IS NUMBER ONE! We are always at the service of our customer because our business really is a people business.

While training, you will be working with and for some of our most knowledgeable Store Managers. As any other employee, you will be responsible to and report to your Training Manager; your progress will also be closely monitored by your Training Manager and District Manager throughout your training.

The Training Program is designed to be completed in eleven (11) months, but may vary according to individual progress and circumstances. Promotion to Store Manager will depend upon availability of managerial positions and your relocatability.
REQUIREMENTS
Manager Trainees are required to work a minimum of (45) hours per week, as scheduled by the Training Manager.
