Management Trainee - Louisville, KY Area

The Kroger Co. Mid South Division, is seeking applicants for the management trainee position. This is the entry level position that leads to most other management careers. This 17 week paid training program is regarded as one of the top 3 across all industry lines for developing strong operational management people. From this training program, the successful graduate is assigned as a comanager (assistant manager) in a large volume retail grocery store. From this comanager position, we fill most other management positions in the company with the exceptions of accounting, pharmacy, engineering, distribution, and manufacturing.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will have a college degree of a strong background in retail or restaurant management. Strong people skills, decision making skills, leadership skills and self motivational skills are a must. The successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, on your feet, satisfy the customer, develop your people, get the job done environment.
