The position is multi-faceted, and is responsible for all management duties,including but not limited to recruitment of team members, staff direction, payroll, discipline and acts as the liaison with our client. Candidates will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS
A bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years management/supervisory experience post high school is required.

Strong leadership and "face-to-face" customer service skills are highly desired. Experience in the hospitality field is a plus.

Must be familiar with and have basic skills with computer programs, including Microsoft Word & Excel, and Internet Explorer.

The job requires an individual who can work inside or outdoors, is energetic, and is willing to jump right in to assist with customer service demands.

All candidates must be able to drive a manual transmission, have a clean driving record, and must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. Candidates must be able to relocate.
