The EPS division has an opportunity for an Entry Level Manager who will develop into a leader of a manufacturing team. Besides leading the team, this position will be responsible for the efficient use of manpower, machinery and materials. Duties include scheduling production, customer service, implementing Safety, TQM, and PM programs.

REQUIREMENTS
This position requires a bachelor’s degree preferably in a business,the physical sciences,or a technical discipline. The select individual must be a team player with excellent leadership and organizational skills who is able to work various shifts and relocate. Initiative is required in that the individual must be resourceful, perceptive and enthusiastic.
