Maintenance Technician / Facilities Engineer

Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring technical labor skills, including, but not limited to electrical installations, plumbing, light carpentry/construction, drywalling, painting, vinyl repair and installation and appliance repair. Works as a team participant along with the maintenance staff to ensure quality maintenance standards set by the company. Also includes other aspects of residential property maintenance, including organization of work orders and inventory.
REQUIREMENTS
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry(including sheet rock) and appliance repair. Must have the ability to learn each more in depth plus learn routine tasks of a less technical nature. Would prefer knowledge of HVAC repairs and adjustments but not required.
