Inside Sales Support and Department Administrator

This contract assignment will answer the sales information line and respond to inquiries of products or services, or refer callers to the appropriate department for a promotions company. The position will be working in a call center environment. This position is very heavy in administrative duties. Responsibilities also include conducting business to business calls for trade show follow up, administrative assistance for the department, including tracking of time sheets, ordering of office supplies, pick up and distribute payroll checks, schedule conference calls, track department purchases, order and assemble literature, and assist with weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as needed.

The career training during the temporary assignment may lead to an opportunity to interview for a territory sales position. Inside Sales territory representatives assist territory field sales team members in managing existing reseller and end user business. They are responsible for developing relationships and arranging reseller and end user appointments for the territory field sales team to close new business opportunities as well as other territory sales responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires 0-2 years experience in administrative/telemarketing/inside sales and a Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent. Good communication, time management and organizational skills required. Desire to sell products is a must. Previous work experience in a computer retail environment is a plus. Strong Excel, beginner Word and Powerpoint skills are preferred.
