Industrial Engineering Management Trainee

JOB DESCRIPTION: The International Brokerage Industrial Engineering department supports the Louisville Brokerage operation and/or other remote brokerage sites. This support requires working with operational management, systems integration, and the technical team. Position is located in Aiken, SC, but training will be held in Louisville, KY.Responsibilities include the development of efficient processes that provide for continuous improvement of the operation including work measurement. Other duties include peak and holiday plannning, daily operational planning, problem solving, business planning, staffing and volume projections, facility design, process analysis and optimizing job set-ups.Ideal Industrial Engineer will be:A recent graduate seeking an entry-level position in Industrial EngineeringProficient in Microsoft Office Access, Excel, Powerpoint and WordOTHER CRITERIA:Employer will not sponsor visas for position.
