Job Title: Desktop Administrator
Reporting: Reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) or designee. Receives day-to-day coordination from Systems Administrator
Job Summary: Responsible for maintenance, and support of desktop computer hardware and software.
Skills/ Experience Educational Requirements
•Experience with desktop hardware and software
•1-2 years of desktop administration experience
•AS/BS in IT related field recommended
Roles & Responsibilities
•Monitor helpdesk mailbox
•Provide hardware support of Dell PC’s and Laptops
•Provide software support for Microsoft, Adobe, Macromedia and Computer Associates products
oContact hardware/software vendors for additional support

oProvide user orientation to internal IT resources

Job Title: Graphic Artist II
Reporting: Reports to a project manager for direct supervision on a project. Reports to the Program Manager for day-to-day supervision and career development.
Job Summary: Conceptualizes and produces graphic sketches, designs, animation, and copy layouts for multimedia and print content. Determines size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, selects style and size of type, and arranges layout based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles, and visual design principles. May require a bachelor's degree or its equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of visual communications. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to the production manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Job Title: Instructional System Designer (ISD) II - Mid Grade
Reporting: Reports to a program manager (PM) for direct supervision on a project. Reports to an assigned PM for day-to-day supervision and career development.
Job Summary: Develops training solutions using the ISD methodology. Conducts analysis: Needs Analysis, Job/Task Analysis and Front-end Analysis. Develops design plans for paper, IVT, Video, CBT and WBT that includes developing learning objectives, determining functionality & navigation strategies, documenting minimum technical specifications (user & client), determine learning strategies and content flow, determine testing/evaluation requirements & interactivity, and plans the CMI functionality. Develops instructor and student guides, scripts, storyboards to include content and theme, defines all media elements (graphics, animations, video, audio) and explains programming requirements. Writes narration scripts and plan music/sound effects. Confers with client SMEs.
Skills/Experience Educational Requirements
•MA/ME or in Adult Learning Theory or Instructional Technology or Education equivalent
•Minimum of 4 years of experience designing Paper, IVT, Video CBT/WBT training projects
•Working on gaining knowledge of Authorware, HTML, Dreamweaver, Flash and other software packages

Job Title: Technical Writer II
Reporting: Reports to a project manager for direct supervision on a project. Reports to the Multimedia Program Manager (Department Manager) for day-to-day supervision and career development.
Job Summary: Develops storyboards to include content and theme, defines all media elements (graphics, animations, video, audio) and explains programming requirements. Writes narration scripts and use of audio/sound or music effects. Coordinates the content, graphical and programming efforts on projects. Responsible for the performance and completion of assigned projects to schedule. Ensures quality and timeliness of product development and delivery. Coordinates team member’s efforts.
Skills/ Experience Educational Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of writing experience in a corporate, educational, or journalistic capacity
•Knowledge of a variety of software packages to include but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Ability to manage a variety of tasks
