Job Title: HALE Representative

Duties: Customer Sales/Service, Marketing, Promotion. Act as company Spokesperson. Facilitate growth of customer base and acquisition of new customers. Manage and maintain existing customers, appointments, communications and schedule. Conduct informational/educational presentations for potential customers on an appointment only basis.

Compensation: Base, Weekly Commissions, Monthly Bonuses.

Geography/Locations: Most reps in the Greater Philadelphia Area can work close to where they live, but need to interview at a Divisional Office.

Schedule: Very flexible. HALE reps set their own schedule, within certain guidelines and with a manager’s approval.

Training curriculum includes subjects such as time management, consumer behavior, psychology, interpersonal communications, business development, customer retention, product knowledge. Eligibilty: All majors. Valid current driver’s license required.

Requirements: Candidates must be positive and likeable. Great charm and charisma are not required, but basic manners and interpersonal skills are. Reps must be able to listen and speak with customers, and make a good first impression in person and over the phone. We seek people that are honest, trustworthy, reliable, with good work habits, initiative and ambition.
