Growing home care co. seeks Director Intern

Bayada Nurses is a national home care company that is growing by leaps and bounds. As such we are looking for a dynamic individual to come into our Director Intern training program and be part of our continued growth. This exciting position entails learning and preparing to handle responsibility for all office operations, business planning and budgeting, accounts receivable and collections, marketing to referral sources, recruiting and hiring of new office and field staff, motivating and leading staff, assessing talent and developing staff to their full potential, providing top level customer service and building strong relationships.We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organized and has proven leadership skills. Home care experience with knowledge of high tech nursing services and personal care aide services for clients of all ages preferred. Knowledge of JCAHO regulations a plus. The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-10 years of management with a proven track record of progressively taking on more responsibility. Strong business background is required. 4 year college degree required.
