Due to our continued growth and success, we are seeking a Global Training & Development Manager at our Corporate Headquarters.

The Global Training and Development Manager will be responsible for setting the direction for the global design, development and execution of Panduit’s learning and development strategy which includes innovative programs, tools and processes that enable mangers to identify, develop and retain the talent required to meet Panduit’s objectives.

Responsibilities include:
·Serve as a visionary champion for organizational learning and knowledge management
·Serve as a consulting resource for high level organizational design and change efforts
·Develop a culture for organizational learning, continuous learning, or knowledge management
·Collaborate and consult with HR business partners to deliver services reaching across all functional areas
·Identifying best practices and driving benchmarking activities
·Identifying critical areas for process improvement
·Setting and managing learning budget and team
·Overseeing the needs assessment, design, development, and deployment phases of learning solutions
·Measuring the ROI of learning programs

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree along with a Masters degree in Adult Education, OD, or Instructional Design, with 12 – 15 years of progressive experience in a learning and development leadership role. Proven development and execution of programs such as talent management, succession planning, leadership development, competency management, training effectiveness and change management are desired. Demonstrated ability to effectively influence executives and managers at all level is crucial.
