REQUIREMENTS
•Excellent customer service skills required.•Career minded, willing to work hard, provide strong leadership and not afraid to get hands dirty.•Make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.•Completes performance appraisals, gives feedback, develop employees.•Demonstrates ability to coach and develop people.•Helps team members set and attain development goals.•Must be capable of managing people and work, which includes staffing and training.•Mechanical aptitude is a must.•May require help with hitch installations and wiring, minor work on field equipment.•Must posses a can do attitude.
