Food & Beverage Training Manager

Implement, coordinate and follow through on training programs with particular emphasis on line level team member skills training. Continual hands-on, on the job training. Requires 50% on the floor training. Conduct designated training programs and develop support materials. Coordinate new team member orientation and dept. skills training. Maintain records of training attendance for all internal and external training programs. Direct motivational events and develop team member incentive programs. Build and maintain F&B reference library. Oversee and evaluate guest feedback program. Oversee shopper reports/evaluation/feedback program.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Culinary Arts or Education preferred, additional experience may be substituted in lieu of. Previous F&B experience. FOH & BOH. Strong computer skills. Exceptional organizational skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing & Gaming License.
