Matrix Distribution is responsible for marketing and advertising for some of the best local and regional Fortune 500 companies in Columbus, OH. We conduct all the sales, marketing and promotions for those clients while ultimately focusing on increasing their traffic flow and bottom-line sales. (No Telemarketing!)

This is a challenging position within a fast-paced environment that moves as quickly as you want to go. The perfect candidate would be a recent college graduate (or someone seeking a fresh start) looking to work hard at establishing a career in marketing and potentially working upwards to a position of executive management. For one to achieve success with our company, they will need to be able to teach, train and motivate others by example. We promote entirely form within and 100% dependant on performance, rather than seniority.

Responsibilities include: (After Training)
Marketing strategies and sales techniques
Oversee campaign development
Manage customer service, admin, and sales people
Run sales meetings
Delegate responsibilities to assistants
