Full Job Title: Expeditionary Analyst / Trainer (DNI) - Level 3 Skills Management Title Operational Concept AnlsJob Level: EXEMPTBusiness Component: Integrated Defense Systems (IDS)Job Description: The individual will be responsible for training and mentoring the Expeditionary Analysis Team on a daily basis. The training may involve several different but related topics (e.g., analytic exercise coordination and management in the field, SIGINT collection, physical training, firearms training, personal defensive training, hostile driving environment training). Specifically, the individual will be a core team member of the Expeditionary Analysis Team Prototype Program. The goal of the program is to create a multidisciplinary unit of elite analysts equipped with leadership, tools, tradecraft, mission processes and esprit de corps to rapidly respond to crises and emerging topics of importance in a manner that allows analysis to drive collection and to accelerate actionable intelligence production. The team will fulfill this goal by building and executing a comprehensive curriculum, modeled on military Special Forces style programs, that will equip the inaugural Expeditionary Analysis Team with the knowledge and skills needed to carry out the tasks assigned to them. Competencies Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be effective speaking in front of groups; Domain knowledge of the intelligence community and special operations and related issues and challenges; Must have training experience with both intelligence and special operations; Experience instructing and managing the welfare of a set of people (e.g., drill instructor); Skilled in analytic exercise coordination and management in the field, intelligence analysis and collection, physical training, firearms, personal defensive measures, hostile driving environments a plus.Notes: Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
