You'll work hard in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment where you will learn EVERY aspect of running a business including SALES, CUSTOMER SERVICE, MARKETING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, AND PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT in a team oriented, SALARIED position. You must want to be in Management within 18 to 36 months. You must want to be in Corporate Level Management within 48 to 60 months; and you want to start as soon as possible.

COMPENSATION: Employees will make $35,000-$38,000+ the first year. They should expect to have a company car and be at $50,000 to $80,000 in 2 1/2 to 3 years. Corporate level management with income of $80,000 to $120,000 is attainable in 4-6 years. In addition to your salary you will receive benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid vacations/holidays/and personal/sick days, profit sharing, and 401K.
REQUIREMENTS
Our client companies seek FOUR YEAR COLLEGE GRADUATES who are high-energy, up-beat, and enthusiastic. Some work experience while attending college in in people-oriented, off-campus areas such as retail, restaurant food service, hotel work, or sales is required. Any leadership and membership through affiliations such as college fraternities, sororities, or sports is a definite plus.

The desire to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, hands-on environment with the ability to start at the bottom and move up into management is a MUST!
