About this Job...As a Bank Teller / Sales Associate, you will be equipped to successfully uncover the financial needs of local customers and advise on a wide range of our banking products and services. Including checking and saving account products.
Job Description:
The chosen candidate will:
Aggressively promote, sell and refer TCF products and TCF services.
Answer inquiries regarding checking and savings accounts and other bank related products.
Initiate and open new accounts while providing appropriate information on regulations and policies.
Accurately process, closely verify, and promptly key all transactions in a manner which maintains TCF standards and high level of customer service.
Promote positive image of TCF.Do you still think you have what it takes to be a part of the TCF Team?
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:Requirements include:
12 months of continuous work history within 1 company. High School degree or GED, or working towards completion.
Proven sales record or strong interest in sales.
Ability to confidently approach prospective TCF customers.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability & interest to perform necessary calculations.
Successful completion of TCF technical training
Basic computer skills preferred.
