All of the positions in our firm require a candidate who has fantastic communication skills, and a great sense of humor because friendly conversation with potential clients and great people skills are integral in an entry level management capacity with our company.
The available position in our DC/ NOVA metro office is an entry level, Lead Account Rep, meaning the position is geared towards someone who does not yet have an extensive understanding of marketing, advertising, public relations, and sales...but rather, meant for someone who is ambitious and eager to learn these sets of skills.
We are not interested in an overly aggressive, quota driven candidate, but more so, a competitive, driven, relationship builder.

We need people who are actually ENTRY LEVEL!!! This means you have little to no sales/marketing experience. This does not mean that you will be getting people coffee, the growth potential is fantastic and the duties of the position we can assure you will be challenging and exciting, but this is our company model; we hire only entry level and promote strictly from within.

We understand the hidden potential of entry level people who are looking for a chance to prove themselves. We use a team approach, combined with one-on-one training to bring out the best in people. Compensation on pay for performance basis
