Entry Level Help Desk and Programmer Analyst

Parkway Properties is seeking an Entry Level Help Desk and Programmer Analyst. This person will join a team that provides computer support to a 250-user organization in a multi-server Windows environment. The position requires a candidate with at least a bachelor's degree in MIS or Computer Science and 0-2 years of experience.  Applicants should be willing to travel on a limited basis and work overtime as needed. Successful applicants will have entry level knowledge of ASP programming and SQL and either have or be willing to learn the following technologies: active directory, CISCO routers, VOIP and networking security. The job duties include help desk support for over 250 users, training, troubleshooting and problem solving. Secondary duties will include web site and SQL report development.  Candidates must possess the following: outstanding customer service; strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft applications; and, self-motivated team player.
