The EDI Administrative Associate is responsible for the daily EDI administrative duties as well as the implementation of EDI transactions for merchandising vendors.

Responsibilities:
Contact, set up and test new merchandise vendors.

Perform daily, weekly and monthly auditing of the EDI transactions.

Respond to vendor correspondence/issues.

Form a partnership with our Vendor Relations and Accounts Payable Merchandise departments as well as the EDI Coordinator/Programmer Analyst.

Monthly reconciling and reporting of EDI transactions.

Other Projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a High school diploma/GED; Associates Degree in Business or related field is preferred

1 year of data analysis or Retail background or 1 - 2 years of previous experience in an EDI department.

Basic knowledge of systems and EDI principles as well as basic knowledge of MS Excel and Access.

Candidates must have strong organizational and analytical skills and must be detail oriented.

Knowledge of IP A/S 400 and Inovis software is a plus!
