Start your IT Career today!Volt Technical Resources is looking to hire Technical Support Agents who are passionate and knowledgeable about computers and networking.Position duties include, but are not limited to: Diagnosing and solving the reason why someone has lost their internet/network connection or simply walking them through a first time set up with their new DSL service. All calls and cases are inbound only, NO SALES involved.This position offers room for fast career advancement, starting Level 1 Techs at $12/hr with the ability to advance to a Level 2 agent after only 30 days for an additional $1.22/hr, depending on performance and experience. Full-Time and Part-Time hours are available, so it's perfect for those who are attending College or Tech Schools.


Requirements:

To ensure success, the following are requirements for the position:Working knowledge of TCP/IP and other networking protocols, strong communication skills, strong windows navigation skills (multiple versions), 18 years of age, High School Diploma/GED, pass a criminal background check, and currently be living or planning on living in the Metro Phoenix area.All candidates are also required to take a 20 question proficiency exam prior to an interview.
