To this end, we are seeking a Customer Service Specialist willing to learn all aspects of purchasing and procurement. Our goal is efficiency in the purchasing process with execution at the lowest total cost while ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Therefore, we are looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive on challenge and delivering exceptional results.
REQUIREMENTS
If you have excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, then you are the type of individual we are looking for.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
*A bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
*Computer Skills – Microsoft Word and Excel
*Communication Skills – Excellent Verbal and Written
*Previous ECommerce and Procurement Experience a Plus
The company is seeking Philadelphia based candidates. Re-location packages are not available.
