Customer Service

Purpose:
Our client with locations in Moon Township and Coraopolis, is seeking high energy individuals to fill call center openings.

On a day-to-day basis, this person will be answering incoming calls from customers having problems with billing and service. This person will need to follow the appropriate steps to resolve these issues

To be qualified for this position, individuals should have previous customer service experience and work well in a team environment. Excellent communication skills are a must.

This position requires a background and credit check.
