Computer Operations Analyst

This position is support the TA2000 Operations area. Applicant must possess the ability to work in a closely-knit, fast-paced, team environment. Excellent communication skills and customer service are a major requirement for this position. Preferred experience with TSO, ESP, NDM and JCL knowledge. Responsibilities include monitoring and tracking nightly batch activity, re-generation of output, ability to resolve less complex batch abends. Provide technical support and consulting services to internal/external customers. Monitor service levels and recognize potential missed batch service levels. Monitor, evaluate and escalate file outages within the CICS regions and/or system outages that may affect multiple clients. Ability to follow departmental procedures.The current opening will work the night shift. Standard hours are 10pm 6am Monday through Friday.Qualifications
