Commercial Training Manager

Develop and manage best-in-class commercial training curriculums for customers and internal customer facing employees

Provide customer and employee internal training on Kawneer products, product application, price book, product installation, and customer eTools

Provide training for Front-end systems and processes

Provide and administer commercial soft skills training for Sales Force and Front-end personnel

Manage an organization that supports continuous improvement for both the employee and the company through effective training programs and communications

Apply technology to enhance training effectiveness (webinars, videos, etc.)

Manage Training department budget

Manage and develop Training Instructors

Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, General Managers and Front-end Business Managers to assess training and development needs and develop training programs to meet these needs

Establish new product training curriculum with Product Managers to include product positioning, features/functions/benefits, KaluCAD estimating and product configuration

Manage 3rd party training vendors as part of the overall comprehensive training curriculumJob Requirements
Minimum Education Required: BachelorsMinimum Years of Experience: 5Minimum Travel Required: 50-75%Basic Qualifications: College DegreePreferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of glass and metal industry

Customer service skills

Must be comfortable instructing classes of ten to forty customers.

The candidate must be willing to travel throughout U.S. and Canada.

The candidate will have basic computer skills with emphasis on PowerPoint.

Must have the ability to read architectural plans and specifications.

Must be able to work in a team environment or independently on specific projects.

College education

Must have excellent written and verbal communication
