Office Claims Representatives – Casualty Claims

We are currently expanding our claims operations in the Kansas City area. We are opening a Casualty department that will specialize in auto claims.

The primary focus of the Office Claims Representatives (OCRs) is to provide claims service to our customers that may not require face-to-face interaction. OCRs determine liability on assigned claims, confirm coverages, and establish damages in order to negotiate and settle these claims in our fast paced environment. OCRs have on-line programs to keep them aware of changes in the laws, regulations and the insurance industry.

Job Requirements
Qualified candidates must have a 4-year degree, strong multi-tasking and communication skills, be able to type 30 wpm, and the desire to provide quality customer service. No insurance experience is required. Farmers offers an extensive training program.
