CSR I, Tech Care Representatives


$10.50/$12.75 hour + Lucrative Shift Differentials!


The Technical Care Representative supplies troubleshooting and support to our T-Mobile wireless customers for all technical inquiries resulting from network related outages, device and feature malfunctions, GSM coverage, handset common procedures, handset exchanges, voicemail, and basic data services such as: caller tunes, java gaming, Sidekick, Blackberry, including data billing.


-HS diploma/GED required


-12+ months customer service experience required; Technical Support within a high volume call center environment troubleshooting Wireless, PC, Cable Modem, Telecom preferred.


-Windows proficiency; hardware & software configurations, Internet functionality & connectivity, Personal computer or other data device hardware, basic computer troubleshooting required.


Full-time candidates must be able to work any schedule (40 hrs/week, structured, non-rotating). Our call center operates 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, year round. You must be flexible to work any shift that is assigned to you.


Weekends & holidays required.
