Branch Management Trainee

This position is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced General/Branch/Operations manager. Only managers with at least 3 to 5 years experience in a service related industry would be considered. The program will prepare experienced managers to manage the day-to-day operations of a pest control branch.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years general/operations management experience including sales management or sales experience. Experience as a general or operations manager with direct control over a branch, store, or restaurant. Profit and Loss management experience. Budgeting and managing expenses are also highly sought after skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent follow-up and organizational skills. The ability to manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling and managing a staff of at least 10 individuals.
