We are currently casting Assistant Managers with excellent public relation and leadership skills to open Harkins Theatres Chino Hills 18, California's most exciting and luxurious theatre!


Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting the General Manager with guest satisfaction, recruiting, training, motivating and retaining, scheduling and performance evaluation of all team members. Other duties include inventory control/record keeping, projection booth, supporting and implementing company policies, and operating and maintaining some equipment.
