QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

Listen to experienced representatives to learn how to handle client inquiries

Retrieve, download, and enter prospective new account lead information accurately

Understand commission calculations

Activate new customer accounts for Internet

Understand the processes for troubleshooting


(Students will be required to be finger printed and be able to be bonded).


Required Skills:

Must know Mandarin Language

Computer/Internet Knowledge

Some customer service background

Excellent Verbal/Written Communication Skills



Salary is $8.00 per hour.
