Quality Manager – Wood Industry
Salary $55,000 - $65,000 plus bonus, excellent benefits and relocation package

Custom products manufacturer is seeking a Quality Manager position at their facility. They are looking for that person who is results oriented and can strategically get the job done. Will establish goals and objectives for the Quality department. Deal with all customer issues and complaints. Track quality performance, make quality presentations, and will make all decisions concerning the quality area. This person should have experience with wood cabinets or other custom wood products.
The ideal person for the job should possess a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related field. Must have either supervisory or management experience in Quality. Manufacturing experience is a must. Someone with Six Sigma experience is a plus.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in an Engineering related field.
2. Must have 4 years of supervisory or management experience in Quality area in the wood industry.
3. Results oriented with a record of accomplishments.
4. Must be knowledgeable of cabinet manufacturing processes and physical characteristics of solid wood.

Process Engineer – Wood Industry
Salary $50,000 - $60,000 Range, Plus Excellent Benefit Programs
Organization is looking for a Process Engineer for their growing manufacturing facility. This position is open due to a promotion at the facility. Will provide Process Engineering support of production processes. One of the main goals of this position is to develop new processes and to eliminate any problem areas. To provide process engineering support and lead initiatives around optimization of plant processes for cost, quality, and productivity. You will deal with the capital budget and any cost savings. Will be working in a continuous flow process environment.
The person should have a Bachelors degree in an Engineering related field. 2 years of engineering experience. Good Co-op will be considered. Must be able to demonstrate cost savings. Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
Location: Midsouth opportunity with access to metro area. Excellent community. Lots of outdoor and community activities.

Finishing Superintendent – Wood Industry
$65,000 - $75,000 with excellent benefit packages
Medium sized organization is seeking a Superintendent over the finishing and hardware department of their manufacturing facility. Will be responsible for Production Supervisors and hourly employees in the finishing and hardware area. They have a one shift operation. Will report directly to the Plant Manager. You will develop your Team to implement cost reduction and scrap control, using Lean Manufacturing principles. Insure efficient and safe operation of equipment. Counsel and provide guidance to employees with problems that may be negatively affecting work performance. Effectively utilize resources and maintain material availability for assembly operations. This person will be responsible for implementing new finishing techniques, such as distressing, crackling, and faux finishes, sand through, burnished solid colors and others.
The company is looking for an aggressive professional with 5 - 7 years of manufacturing experience with high energy and potential for promotion. Individual must have a 4-year degree and must have a stable job history. Should have at least 4 years of supervisory experience preferably in a custom wood-manufacturing environment.
Located in Northern Kentucky. Close to metro area. It also offers affordable housing, good schools & universities.

6. Experience with wood finishing techniques and development of new finishes.
