Full-time, 1st shift
(M-F)

This position will be working with Active Directory and Exchange as well as have input into new applications and solutions. This person will also assist in day to day upgrade/maintenance of existing servers, as well as installing and planning new servers as needed.


This position will insure that the systems are all operational, providing troubleshooting on system problems and making necessary corrections or providing information to staff programmers, hardware technicians, and database administrators concerning the problem.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES include:

Administer and maintain existing Windows 2000/2003 serversBuild and install new servers as neededAdminister and maintain Exchange 2003Administer and maintain Active Directory and Group PoliciesWork with outside contractors to resolve problems with data equipmentProvide high level support to Helpdesk as needed. Assist in troubleshooting application and/or networking issuesMonitor all company computer systems and responds to system messagesPerform daily backup of systemsReport, document and escalate reported problems to appropriate vendorWork with supervisor on new projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS:
