Web Application Developer

Working with limited direction, this position will provide Web development and support for both Internet and Intranet for the company by utilizing the data from various applications which are located on SQL 2000 servers.

•Maintain and develop multiple websites utilizing ASP.NET (VB), Visual Studio 2003/2005, and SQL Server 2000
•Well versed in the inner workings of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 including tools/concepts such as Replication (Merge) and Data Transformation Services (DTS)
•Develop Strategies for data acquisitions. Plan, design, and develop databases to satisfy business needs.
•Experience with Structured Query Language
•Familiar with business analytics tools such as Crystal Reports and Microsoft Reporting Services
•Maintain existing database. Manage and coordinate updgrades/migration of databases.
REQUIREMENTS
21 years of age or older
Valid Driver’s License
3 years experience in developing front end web pages using ASP and ASP.NET
Experience designing websites for data driven environments
Must be proficient in SQL and have database design experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively

Special Requirements: Willing to be on call 24 hours a day in case of emergencies. Ability to cross train in all applications and be on call one weekend a month.
