Plans and manages all aspects of municipal water and wastewater design projects. Specific types of projects include water and wastewater treatment facilities, including membrane bio reactors, activated sludge, tertiary treatment systems, pumping stations and a variety of pipeline related projects. Additional duties include serving as the client manager, establishing client relationships, marketing and contract solidification. Participates in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance. Conducts work sessions for design development and contract document in conjunction with other staff. Is responsible to coordinate workload through the entire project development to complete documents on schedule. Is responsible to track the financial aspects of the projects, and coordinates and adjusts the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed to schedule. Works with the Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and the Department Manager for project reviews and with company management on an as needed basis.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required. Masters degree preferred.8+ years of engineering experience in water/wastewater preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) License preferred.
Experience in AutoCAD, GIS and hydraulic or process modeling experience is preferred. Additional experience in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.Good leadership and organizational skills. Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments.
