Water Resources EIT

Purpose: Large Engineering firm is seeking a Water Resources EIT who can work under project engineers on the application of various design engineering and modeling techniques in the development of water resource projects for federal, state and local municipalities.

More specific duties include: hydraulics & hydrology modeling, storm water collection systems modeling, data collection, assimilation, and presentations.

Typical projects range from flood control, river design, stream grade control structures, dike systems, levees, stream channel restoration/rehabilitation, wetland and lake restoration, watershed issues and non-point source loading and point source design. Produce design calculations, drafting technical reports and performing water resources studies.

Ideal candidate must hold a BS in Civil Engineering with an EIT/FE license.
