Siemens Maintenance Services, LLC(SMS) will provide the ongoing service and technical support to this equipment.Siemens is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.Job Description: Primary Responsibilities:Supervises the daily operations of the warehouse to include but not limited to shipping and receiving, storage, quality control, and problem resolution. Oversees work allocation, training and development; evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Train new hires and other personnel on warehouse processes and procedures. Review all factors including but not limited to orders, shipping needs, and inventory. Responsible for cycle inventory count ensuring the accuracy of selected products. Will research and resolve any inventory discrepancies. Assist with developing, implementing, or managing procedures and/or programs to streamline and enhance the current day-to-day processes. Assist with maintenance of equipment, including powered industrial vehicles and any other equipment that may be used in the warehouse. Conduct warehouse staff meetings and monthly warehouse safety meetings. Administrative tasks including but not limited to completing all shipping and receiving documents, and preparing other reports required by the contract. Skills/Experience:3-4 years of experience in a warehouse with at least two year of supervisory experienceForklift experience is required Knowledge of the distribution industry is preferredExperience with Government Property Control requiredMust have leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and direct subordinates Must have excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to research and resolve any issues or problems Must be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds and can bend, stoop, climb, and pull Requires climbing up and down ladders to store items on storage racks Have the ability to be on your feet up to 8 hours a dayKnowledge of warehouse operating proceduresKnowledge of supervisory principles and practicesBasic knowledge of Personal Computer and Microsoft Office ProgramsGood verbal and written communication skills. Skills/Experience:

Forklift experience is required
