Vehicle Development Engineer

Purpose: An automotive company is looking for an experienced Vehicle Development Engineer for a contract to direct opportunity.

General Purpose of Position:
- Experience designing/modifying control logic for vehicle electronic controllers required - Knowledge/experience of major vehicle subsystems and their functions required - Vehicle development experience with active driveline systems or electronic braking systems required - Experience with vehicle data acquisition - Experience with running test maneuvers, analyzing data and modifying control logic to achieve target vehicle performance required - Experience with defining and/or conducting vehicle/component validation procedures to ensure that customer safety and performance expectations are met

Skills Required:
- Bachelor Science Engineering required.
- Customer interface
- DFMEA, DVP&R, FEA, GD&T, Tolerance Stacks - Problem Solving - Project Management - MS Office proficient - Must be a self-starter ? high initiative. - Ability to travel within and outside the United States of AmericaClassification:Contract-to-HireCompensation:
