Job Description

Directs the activities of a software quality assurance function.
Develops quality standards for company products, and oversees the development and execution of software test plans and analysis of test results
V&V Support
Primary ownership of clinical simulation matrix testing: both doing it and coordinating external resources
Verification Test procedure execution,
Validation Test procedure execution,
Support of external validation sites,
Some (limited) writing/maintenance of test procedures

Preferred Profile

V&V ownership for a wide variety of process and project documents. The SQA manager must write & train staff on many of these. Some just require review and/or cross-functional meetings. It also involves developing and maintaining metrics for management review, DASH, and project planning
Ongoing supervisory functions, including performance evaluations, interviewing & hiring, personnel development & training, and attending a variety of meetings.
Background in Software Quality Assurance.
BS or higher
