UNIGRAPHICS STRUCTURES DESIGN ENGINEER – Classified Position (3 positions available)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Structural Design using Unigraphics to create parametric solid models & assemblies for advanced conceptual layouts, assembly layouts and detailed design components of advanced aircraft structures.

LOCATION: Rancho Bernardo, CA
PAY RATE: up to $60/hr
DURATION: 12 month+ Contract

REQUIREMENTS
The ability to work design concepts independently and translate concepts into detailed designs and working drawings of metallic and composite airframe components and structures.
Knowledge of GD & T methodologies as well as experience in the development of product structures and drawing trees is required.
Some knowledge and experience in layout sizing, engineering materials, hardware and manufacturing as well as affordability and survivability considerations is also required.

EDUCATION:
BS Degree in Engineering (AE, ME or CE)
10 years of related experience in a technical/engineering environment.
