Manufacturing Manager
A rapidly growing, Texas based precision machining firm, specializing in composite and thermoplastic materials for the oilfield industry is expanding their Manufacturing and Production team in Houston, Tx. This organization, experiencing a 25% growth rate , is searching for an experienced Manufacturing Manager who can make a strategic impact on production efficiency, employee performance development and capacity consulting and planning. Proven process improvement measures.

The Manufacturing Manager will report directly to the VP of Manufacturing. Responsibilities will include managing manufacturing schedules and staff to insure objectives are met, managing quality, cost and volume of production, performance appraisals and recommendations on promotions and salary changes, managing maintenance of the plant and production facilities, labor forecasts, implementing facilities and equipmentrlayouts and changes and supervises the analysis of production specifications and plant capacity data.
Precision Machining experience required.
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:

A Bachelors Degree and 7 to 10 years of experience as a Manufacturing Manager with knowledge and applied experience of precision machining and assembly of composite material parts/components are required. a proven record of performance in production, quality and capacity improvements, ontime shipments and skilled change management abilities plus outstanding "leadership" are the keys to success in this fast paced position. Excellent communication skills and engineering aptitude are requested. Solid computer skills are important. MUST SUBMIT IN WORD DOCUMENT FORMAT.
