UI Developer

As a UI Developer in the User Experience team you will work on a team passionate about delivering an exceptional user experience to end users for existing and future products. You will collaborate with UI designers to translate design architecture, wireframes and screen mock-ups into working prototypes to produce front-end interfaces that are scaleable, modern and highly usable. You will use your front-end development expertise to solve challenging and complex UI requirements.

Responsibilities
• Develop rapid PHP prototypes using xHTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Iterate on prototypes based on collaboration with UI designers and end-users
• Develop cross-browser, standards-based UI components
• Assist in the development of design concepts and interaction flows
REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet set deadlines
• Work well as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Passion for front-end development

Preferred Skills
• Proficiency using Photoshop
• Experience developing tableless web pages
• Experience developing AJAX interface solutions or components
• UI Design experience, using tools like wireframes
• Experience working for or with enterprise software

Experience
• 2 years experience developing web or software applications
• Proven experience with xHTML/CSS, Javascript and PHP

Education
• Associates degree in related field with Bachelors degree preferred
