Traveling Engineering Technician

Purpose: Aerotek is currently accepting applicants interested in pursuing a long term career with their Baltimore drilling/subsurface exploration division. Experience within the industry is preferred but not a necessity. They are looking for a reliable laborer that wants to learn a skilled trade within the Geotechnical Engineering industry.

This person will be assisting the Driller and must be willing to travel. The driller will lead everything and help train this person to learn the industry.

The candidate will help layout test borings, collect soil samples (label + classify them), and will be responsible for general labor tasks associated with drilling (lifting heavy objects, lifting pipes etc.)
