We are seeking a Transmission and Networking Systems Engineer to join our engineering team.

Job Description
The successful candidate will exhibit an understanding of digital transmission theory and methods, including communications theory, modulation, coding, link budgets, RF systems, mobile and fixed terrestrial and satellite network systems. The successful candidate will be able to use a variety of simulation and modeling tools such as Matlab, Excel, Opnet, and others to develop algorithms and designs that meet customers' requirements and to prove that the designs are robust in the face of various imperfections in implementation, channel, or other problems.


REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills are required for collaboration with colleagues and for presentations to customers. Candidates must have digital communication and transmission systems background, design engineering experience with an MSEE or BSEE with 2 to 6 years of experience.
