Training Integrated Management System (TIMS) Lead

Responsible for programming and managing the KC-10 ATS Training Management System including Syllabus update, scheduling system updates and Learning Management System interface revision and update.

Two years experience in developing software and a good understanding of training management systems. One year experience in Microsoft Access and SQL is desirable. Experience creating/starting jobs, experience writing and running SQL scripts, ability to perform backup and restore.

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, network administration, software engineering, math or physics is desirable.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
Ability to obtain SECRET security clearance.
Basic knowledge of peripheral interface and microprocessor applications.
Knowledge of database administration, preferable experience with Microsoft SQL server.
Ability to clearly relay information, both verbally and written, to others.
Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to exercise good judgment and to assume responsibility for accuracy and completeness of work.
Ability to read, interpret, modify and write software programs including databases such as SQL and Access.
Knowledge of personal computes and various software packages, such as word processing, spreadsheets, MS Project, and databases.
