Tooling Engineer - Custom Plastic Injection Molding

Cycles Incorporated, an ISO-9001:2000 Certified, Precision Custom Plastic Injection Molder, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated individual to fill the position of Tooling Engineer.
The qualified individual will manage the mold procurement process from quoting internal tool cost estimates through design, construction, and mold debug. The position will also include conducting internal mold design reviews to ensure appropriate design and compliance with mold building standards. This person will also implement tooling changes as required to comply with customer quality specifications and support the Sales Department by participating in customer meetings and product design reviews. The ability to work independently and be a self-starter is essential.

REQUIREMENTS


The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Plastics Engineering or related field and will have a minimum of 10 years intensive Engineering experience in the plastics industry. Experience in Medical Molding a significant plus.
