Tier III Infrastructure/ Database Support

Classification: Contract to Full Time Compensation: $30 to $40 per hour Our Client is looking for and Infrastructure/Database High level support candidate that has an excellent ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and explain technical details in non-technical terms to Customers. The candidate must have strong skills in assisting customers with their application issues over the phone, as remote connectivity to sites is not always available. The candidate will be responsible for working with internal support-ticket/support-management systems, including answering, updating, and closingsupport tickets in a timely manner. The applicant must be experienced in performing system level integration andinstallation of end-user software applications and hardware components.
